Shipping Policies
After your order is received, it takes us 2-5 business days to process your order, and get it ready for shipping. After the processing time, most deliveries will take 3-7 business days (USA) & 8-14 business days (International); however please allow 2-4 weeks of delivery (During the Covid-19 situation). Please read below for more details.

COVID-19
The Wandering Sag is working closely with external partners to ensure prompt domestic and international delivery. Please note, due to COVID-19 safeguards, limited flight capacity, government restrictions, and an increase in parcel volume at processing facilities, there may be shipping delays. Rest assured, your order will get to you.
SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
During the sales period, we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologize in advance if any delays occur.
Most orders are processed and fulfilled from the United States of America, but we also have other fulfillment centers in Europe that will ship your item due to demand. Please see the above table for information on delivery times. These timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs issues, special events, and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
